These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sugarless mobile application and any related websites, features, or services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Tapgeneration Inc. (“Tapgeneration,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not use the Services.
The Services and all text, graphics, images, software, and other content included in them are owned by Tapgeneration or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app in its executable form solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You’re not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, or create derivative works from the app or any part of it, nor may you use Tapgeneration trademarks without prior written permission.
Sugarless is designed to help users log and monitor daily sugar consumption, but it does not provide medical advice. All nutritional data, recommendations, and analytics are offered for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about diet or health. Tapgeneration disclaims any liability for injury or loss arising from your reliance on the app’s calculations or suggestions.
You are responsible for keeping your device and any login credentials secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone; doing so may compromise security and prevent the app from working correctly. You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorised access to our servers or networks, and not to introduce viruses or other harmful code.

The current price for each subscription and the price per unit (if applicable) will be clearly displayed in the app before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
The app uses third-party services such as Google Analytics for Firebase to measure performance and diagnose crashes. These third-party providers have their own Terms and Privacy Policies, which you agree to comply with where applicable.

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Tapgeneration cannot be held responsible if the app does not work at full functionality due to lack of internet access or data limits.
When using the app outside a Wi-Fi area, the terms of your mobile network provider will apply. You may be charged by your provider for data usage or other third-party charges. You accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer to use the app.
You are responsible for ensuring your device stays charged and functional to access the Services. Tapgeneration is not liable if the app becomes unusable due to your device running out of battery or other hardware issues.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services—or any part of them—at any time without notice. We may release updates that you must install to continue using the app. We do not guarantee that the app will always be updated to work with your device’s operating system version. Upon any termination of these Terms, you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that data will be preserved without loss.
We make every effort to ensure that information provided in the app is up to date and correct but rely on third parties for some data. Tapgeneration accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience by relying on this functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapgeneration will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or reputation, arising out of or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Services.
Unless local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of the Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms take effect immediately upon being posted within the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
